My philosophy of care in massage therapy follows that of a life-span approach -- I work with people of all ages. It was my journey in nursing that inspired me to become a nurse massage therapist. I learned how important touch therapy is during times of sickness for wellness. Touch is the "mother of all senses."

Kathy Noblet, owner of Bodies N Balance Family Massage Therapy, has been a licensed RN Massage Therapist in Springfield, Ill., since 2001. She has a bachelor's degree in nursing and religion from Millikin University, and graduated from Body Therapy School of Massage in Belleville.
As a registered nurse, Kathy worked at Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital and St. John's Hospital in medical surgery and labor/delivery.
In 2001, she began her career in massage therapy at St. John's Hospital working in cardiac, onocology, the Birth Center and pediatrics. Special certifications include pregnancy and postpartum massage, newborn and infant massage, Reiki and reflexology.
Kathy is an active member of the National Association of Nurse Massage Therapists (NANMT) and the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA). She is also an instructor and trainer for The Baby's First Massage Program. To learn more about this program, please google Baby's First Massage.

Basic Package
Swedish Deep Tissue Therapeutic Massage combines both Swedish massage and deep tissue/trigger point work to offer comfort, relaxation and release of muscle tension. You can choose from a full body massage, or have me concentrate on specific, more problematic areas. This type of massage helps to release muscular tension while increasing overall flexibility and circulation in the muscles. 30min/$30.00, 60min/$60.00 and 90min/$90.00
Bridal Package
Every woman should be treated like a princess on her special day. Let me help you feel your best. Massage is a great way to de-stress when you're feeling maxed out. Packages can be designed to fit your needs. A 90-minute massage can be broken up into two 30-minute massages for the mother of the bride and the maid of honor – your location or ours. A wonderful treat at a bachelorette party is a chair massage relaxation retreat. A massage is also an excellent shower gift for a bride. 30min/$30, 60min/$60.00 and 90min/$90.00
Pregnancy & Postpartum Massage
This wonderful package is for the pregnant woman who needs a break from the stresses of carrying her child. It is a soothing massage that focuses on the relief of pregnancy-related discomforts. It is also highly beneficial for your baby who will also feel the relaxing rhythms and effects of massage in the womb. Aromatherapy and reflexology can also be used for relaxation. Massage can be at my office or in your hospital room. This is an excellent shower gift for mom. 60min/$60.00 and 90min/$90.00
Baby's First Massage & Infant Massage
This package is designed as a one-on-one teaching session with the new mom or family. In a 30-minute session, I teach you how to soothe your newborn or infant through the power of touch. Baby's First Massage is meant to be done in the first six weeks of life to help the baby transition from life in the womb to infancy. This is a must for a shower gift. 30min/$35.00
Office Massage Package
Are you looking for a way to reward the people in your office? There is nothing better than a chair massage to reward your employees. I will come to your location and set up either my table or chair massage for your special event in a private room in your office space. Prices are available depending on the size of the group.
